Since we have an excellent warranty
on our awnings, you would not expect us to provide
much in the way of services. However, we offer several
services to our customers and those who may have a
competitors' brand awning: Spring Rehabilitation &
Cleaning, and Repair & Maintenance.
Spring Rehabilitation & Cleaning
is typically offered in the April May time frame
and includes:
checking
the awning material, bearings, motor and frame
cleaning
the awning, frame and mountings (does not include the fabric)
lubricate
all moving parts
Repair & Maintenance is
available for our awnings and numerous other brands
and can include but not limited to the following:
repairing
or remounting awning
repairing
or replacing of awning fabric
repairing
any accessories such as motors
repairing
frame and joints

10 Year Limited Warranty on the Hardware and Frame,
and a 5 Year Warranty on the Motor and Fabric. Sunbrella® and Dickson® fabrics
are guaranteed not to fade more than 1% in 5 years. |
