You want and need to have your retractable awning operate not just the first time but every time. If you have a fixed/stationary awning, you want it to remain mounted and not pulling away from the building.

•  The installers are qualified to address many different situations
•  Majestic handles the job completely; however, depending on availability of electrical supply and switch placement for any motorized installation, Majestic Awning can put you in touch with a licensed electrician or you can use your own electrician.
