retractable awning does not require unsightly poles that
will obstruct your view and can be pitched to optimize
your view with the required shade. When sun shading is
not required, your awning can be retracted into a hood
that is against the facade of your home so it is out of
the way. The awning is then hidden by a valance (a
vertical fabric drop at the front of the awning). |

Year Limited Warranty on the Motor and Fabric . These awnings can be used in
all but severe weather thanks to the flexible frame. We
use Sunbrella®, Dickson® or Para acrylic fabric which
is 100% Solution Dyed Acrylic Fiber which is colorfast,
resistant to sunlight and weathering, and is dirt, mildew
and water resistant. We use Somfy motors which are one
of the most widely used motors domestically and internationally.
Because of this attention to its construction, you can
enjoy years of maintenance free usage. These are important
